Ingredients:
• 1 – red apple, cored and chopped (do not peel)
• 1 – green apple, cored and chopped (do not peel)
• 1 cup – seedless green Grapes
• 1 cup – seedless black Grapes
• 1 cup – carrot, peeled and diced
• 1 cup – capsicum, chopped (discard seeds)
• 1/2 cup – Celery stalks, chopped
• 1/2 cup – parsley, chopped
• 1/2 cup – walnuts, chopped
• 1/2 cup – cashew nuts, chopped
• 3 tbsp – mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp – yellow mustard
• 2 tbsp – fresh Cream
• salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients from apple to cashew nuts together.
- Add Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mayonnaise, mustard and cream on top.
- Toss and serve at once.
