
Ingredients:
• 1 lb – Chicken cut to small pieces
• 15 – green chillies, chopped small
• 2 tsp – ginger/garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – dark soy sauce
• 1/2 cup – white Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water
Method:
- Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste and soy sauce for 2 hours.
- In a cup, soak the chopped green chillies in vinegar for the same amount of time.
- Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken.
- When partially cooked, pour in the vinegar and cook the chicken until done.
- Pour the cornstarch mix at the end and mix well.
- Cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
