Ingredients:

• 1 lb – Chicken cut to small pieces
• 15 – green chillies, chopped small
• 2 tsp – ginger/garlic paste
• 1 tbsp – dark soy sauce
• 1/2 cup – white Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces in ginger-garlic paste and soy sauce for 2 hours.
  2. In a cup, soak the chopped green chillies in vinegar for the same amount of time.
  3. Heat oil and fry the marinated chicken.
  4. When partially cooked, pour in the vinegar and cook the chicken until done.
  5. Pour the cornstarch mix at the end and mix well.
  6. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
