Ingredients:

• Potato – 1
• Onion – 2
• Channa Dal – 1 Cup
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Green chilli – 2
• Hing – 2 pinch
• Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• oil for frying

Method:

  1. Soak channa dal for 4 hours. Grind channa Dal, ginger, hing with salt in a mixer.
  2. Grate potato and add it to the ground mixture.
  3. The mixture should be thick.
  4. Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and add it to the mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and make a ball of the mixture and flat it a little bit and fry in oil.
