
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Dosa batter
• 1 bunch – Coriander
• 2 – Carrot
• 2 – Tomatoes
• Oil
Method:
- For green colour, take small quantity of batter and grind it with coriander.
- For orange colour, take small quantity of batter and grind it with tomato.
- For light yellow/sandal colour, cook carrot and then grind with batter.
- When ready, make small spongy dosas.
- Serve hot.
