
Ingredients:
• 5 – Egg
• 1.5 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1.5 tbsp – Butter
• 4 cube – cheese
• 1.5 cup – Milk
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 1.5 tbsp – bread crumbs
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Boil 4 eggs and put in cold water
- Shell eggs and cut each egg into four
- Heat butter and saute onions till transparent. Add corn flour
- Fry a little. Pour milk, stir continuously till mixture is light and creamy.
- Cook thoroughly till sauce is glossy. Add grated cheese, salt and 1 beaten egg; mix well
- Arrange 2 egg pieces in a dish. Pour sauce, sprinkle bread crumbs and pepper, and place rest of the eggs
- Keep in a grill or oven for 5 mins
