Ingredients:
• For the Bread
• 2 Cups all-purpose flour
• 1-Cup Sugar
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2-tsp baking soda
• 1.5 tsp ground Cinnamon
• 1-tsp salt
• 1-Cup buttermilk
• 1/4-Cup vegetable oil
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp vanilla
• For Topping
• 2 tbsp white Sugar
• 1-tsp ground Cinnamon
• 2 tsp Butter or margarine
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease one 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Measure flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, milk, oil, eggs, and vanilla into large mixing bowl.
- Beat for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased pan and smoothen the top.
- Sprinkle with topping. To Make Topping
- Combine 2 tbsp white sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and butter, mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle topping over smoothed batter. Using knife, to give a marbled effect.
- Bake in 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for about 50 minutes. Test with toothpick. When inserted it should come out clean.
- Remove bread from pan to the surface & allow it to cool.
