Ingredients:
• 2 cups – moong dal (green gram), washed and soaked for 5-6 hours
• Salt as per taste
• 7 – Green chillies 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• Oil for frying
Method:
- Grind the dal into paste along with green chillies.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and mix well.
- Heat oil for deep frying.
- Drop bite-sized pakoras into hot oil.
- Deep Fried on medium till golden brown
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
