Ingredients:

• 2 cups – moong dal (green gram), washed and soaked for 5-6 hours
• Salt as per taste
• 7 – Green chillies 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Grind the dal into paste along with green chillies.
  2. Add ginger-garlic paste, salt and mix well.
  3. Heat oil for deep frying.
  4. Drop bite-sized pakoras into hot oil.
  5. Deep Fried on medium till golden brown
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce or tamarind chutney.
