Ingredients:

• 1 bunch Spinach chopped
• 1.5 cups Corn kernels (frozen or you can boil fresh Corn kernels till it becomes tender)
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 2-3 Cloves Garlic finely chopped
• 2 Tomatoes finely chopped
• Salt according to taste
• 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp Butter
• 1 tbsp Sour Cream

Method:

  1. Take a kadai or wok and add butter.
  2. Once it heats, add chopped onions and garlic.
  3. Fry them till it becomes golden brown and add in the chopped tomatoes.
  4. Cook till the tomatoes leave their juice.
  5. Add the chopped spinach to it and cook on medium flame till done (do not add water)
  6. Add the masalas to it.
  7. Add the sour cream just before serving.
  8. Serve hot with paranthas.
