Ingredients:
• 1 – whole Chicken
• 3.5 oz – Cabbage
• 1 – Carrot
• 1/2 cup – Sweet Potato
• 1/2 cup – Onion
• 2 – green Onions
• Oil
• Marinating sauce:
• 2 tbsp – red bean paste
• 1tbsp – finely ground red pepper
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1/2 tbsp – ground black pepper
• 2 tsp – Ginger juice
• 1 tbsp -f Sugar
• 1 tsp – Sesame seed oil
• 1 tbsp – Rice wine
Method:
- Chop the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
- Make sauce with red bean paste, soy sauce, ground red pepper, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, sugar, sesame seed oil, and rice wine. Mix well.
- Marinate chicken in sauce for 7-8 hours.
- Cut cabbage, carrot, onion, and green onion into thick strips.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the vegetables.
- Add the chicken.
- Stir-fry until chicken is done.
