Ingredients:

• 1 – whole Chicken
• 3.5 oz – Cabbage
• 1 – Carrot
• 1/2 cup – Sweet Potato
• 1/2 cup – Onion
• 2 – green Onions
• Oil
• Marinating sauce:
• 2 tbsp – red bean paste
• 1tbsp – finely ground red pepper
• 6 Cloves – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1/2 tbsp – ground black pepper
• 2 tsp – Ginger juice
• 1 tbsp -f Sugar
• 1 tsp – Sesame seed oil
• 1 tbsp – Rice wine

Method:

  1. Chop the chicken into medium-sized pieces.
  2. Make sauce with red bean paste, soy sauce, ground red pepper, garlic, ginger, ground black pepper, sugar, sesame seed oil, and rice wine. Mix well.
  3. Marinate chicken in sauce for 7-8 hours.
  4. Cut cabbage, carrot, onion, and green onion into thick strips.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and add the vegetables.
  6. Add the chicken.
  7. Stir-fry until chicken is done.
