Ingredients:

• 1 – Cauliflower cut into florets
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 2 tsp – soya sauce
• 2 tsp – Tomato sauce
• Salt to taste
• 2 tsp – Corn flower
• 2 tbsp – Maida
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Soak the cauliflower florets in a bowl of water with a pinch of salt for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Wash and drain.
  3. Mix with chilli powder, pepper powder, soya sauce, tomato sauce, salt, corn flour and refined flour with a little water.
  4. Marinate the cauliflower with this paste and set aside for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a pan and Deep Fried the cauliflower florets a few at a time till crispy and golden brown.
