
Ingredients:
• 250 g – fresh green grams
• 250 g – Milk powder
• 100 g – mawa
• 150 g – Sugar
• 1 tsp – elaichi powder
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• silver warq
• 1 -2 drops – green colour
• 1 cup – Milk
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan.
- Grind green gram in the blender using milk.
- The mixture should be a thick paste.
- Add this paste to the heated ghee .
- Then add milk powder to it.
- Then add mawa to it and mix well.
- Slowly add sugar, colour and elaichi powder.
- Mix well till the mixture starts separating from the sides of the pan.
- Then spread the mixture on a greased plate.
- Decorate with silver warq and cut into desired shape.
