Ingredients:

• 250 g – fresh green grams
• 250 g – Milk powder
• 100 g – mawa
• 150 g – Sugar
• 1 tsp – elaichi powder
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• silver warq
• 1 -2 drops – green colour
• 1 cup – Milk

Method:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan.
  2. Grind green gram in the blender using milk.
  3. The mixture should be a thick paste.
  4. Add this paste to the heated ghee .
  5. Then add milk powder to it.
  6. Then add mawa to it and mix well.
  7. Slowly add sugar, colour and elaichi powder.
  8. Mix well till the mixture starts separating from the sides of the pan.
  9. Then spread the mixture on a greased plate.
  10. Decorate with silver warq and cut into desired shape.
