Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Whole Milk
• 1 cup – Heavy Cream
• 1.5 cups – Dulce de leche

Method:

  1. Heat the whole milk and bring it to a boil.
  2. Add the dulce de leche and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Now, keep it aside and let it cool completely.
  4. Whisk the heavy cream and dulce de leche-milk mixture together well for a few minutes.
  5. Now, transfer this mixture to a stainless box or in a box and arrange in freezer for an hour.
  6. After an hour, take out the slightly frozen ice-cream and beat them for a few seconds in a blender and pour it again to the box. Freeze it overnight.
  7. Enjoy this smooth and creamy ice-cream anytime.
