Ingredients:
• 12 slices – sandwich bread.
• 6 tbsp – grated cheese.
• 4 tbsp -butter.
• 2 tsp – pepper powder.
• 1/4 tsp – salt.
Method:
- Butter all 12 slices of bread.
- Spread the grated cheese on 6 of the buttered slices.
- Sprinkle pepper powder and salt over the cheese.
- Top with the remaining 6 buttered slices.
- Cut away the crusts and slice diagonally.
