Ingredients:

• Ginger, grated – 25 g
• Cinnamon – 1/4 tsp
• Cloves – 3
• Ground Sugar – 1 g
• Lemon juice – 1/2 cup
• Orange juice – 1 cup
• Pineapple juice – 1 cup
• Apple juice – 1 cup (optional)
• Water – 2 cups
• Some slices of Orange and Lemon
• Tea bags 2-3

Method:

  1. Take 1 cup of water, put ginger in it and boil it for about 10 mins. Cool it and strain it.
  2. Take another 1 cup of boiling water and add cloves, dalchini, and tea bags. Cover it and keep aside for 15 mins.
  3. Now add in it the ginger water and sugar.
  4. In this mixture, add pineapple juice, apple juice, and lemon juice. Keep it in fridge.
  5. Garnish with orange, lemon slices and serve.
