
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – colossi
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – gram flour
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Boil bite size pieces of colossi in sufficient water till it becomes soft.
- Mix all the other ingredients (except oil) with the boiled colossi
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and deep fry a few at a time till they turn golden brown.
- Serve as a side dish.
