Ingredients:
• 2 – Corn cobs
• 4 – large cups Chicken stock
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk
• Salt and pepper
Method:
- Melt butter, add flour, stir till it becomes like breadcrumbs.
- Remove from fire, add chicken stock and blend well. When all the stock is added, add milk and return to fire.
- Add seasoning, add corn and bring to a boil.
- Cook till corn is tender.
