Ingredients:
• 225 g – Refined flour
• 15 g – fat
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – salt
• 1.25 tsp – Dry yeast
• Little – lukewarm water
Method:
- Mix yeast in a little lukewarm water and keep aside.
- Use the remaining lukewarm water to dissolve sugar and salt.
- Sieve the flour and mix with the sugar-salt solution. Add yeast ferment and mix into a soft dough.
- Knead in fat and the divide the dough into 15 equal portions.
- Make round balls and shape them into desired shapes.
- Place on greased baking sheets and leave in a warm place with a wet cloth wrapped over it.
- After 45 minutes, brush water on the rolls and bake at 230 degree C for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Remove and brush with melted fat/butter
