
Ingredients:
• 1kg chicken, cut in curry style pieces
• Dalchini powder-3gm
• 4 tomato, pureed
• Curd – 100 gm
• Garlic Ginger paste- 100gm
• daniya powder- 50gm
• haldi- 20gm
• salt to taste
• Ghee 150 ml
• Green chilli paste 50 gm
• browned onion, puree- 100 gm
Method:
- Mix all ingredient in a pot or pan. Apply to the chicken pieces. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Seal the pot with dough and keep on burning sigdi for 45 minutes.
