Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated cheese
• 8 slices of bread
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp- chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1 egg, beaten
• 4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Mix the cheese, salt, chilli powder, coriander leaves, green chillies, egg, and milk to form a thick batter. Heat oil in a flat pan.
  2. Dip each slice of bread in the batter and shallow fry it till golden brown.
