Ingredients:

• Garlic – 6-7 flakes
• Chillies- 8-10
• Vinegar – 2-3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• Oil – 2 tbsp
• Corn flour- 1 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Chop the green chillies and add salt and vinegar. Marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Meanwhile in a pan stir, dry roast corn flour for a minute. Then grind it finely.
  3. Now grind the chillies. Mix with the ground corn flour.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add the mixture, until it boils.
  5. Simmer until thick, stirring occasionally.
  6. Preserve in sterile bottles.
