
Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Rice
• 2 cups – Bengal Gram dal (channa dal)
• 1 cup – Urad Dal
Method:
- Wash and soak in plenty of water for 2-3 hours.
- Drain, spread on a clean kitchen cloth till dry.
- Dry roast till all the moisture is dried up.
- Grind to the texture of fine semolina.
- This may be done in a home flour mill or at the commercial flour mills.
- Store in a dry, airtight container.
