Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – long grain Rice
• Leftover Chicken tikka along with veggies
• Handful of – spring onions, separate the white and greens
• 1 tbsp – Garlic chopped
• 1/8 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Olive oil
• Sauces
• 1 tsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Red Chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tbsp – chilli Garlic sauce.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan on high flame, saute garlic for 2 to 3 mins, add white spring onions, fry for 2 mins
- Add the tikka with vegetables from the skewers, fry for a min.
- Pour the sauces and when it begins to bubble, add the green spring onions, rice and pepper powder and toss.
- Fry for 2 to 3 mins
