Ingredients:
• 500 gm – lean Pork cut into one-inch pieces
• 2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Ginger paste
• 4 – Green chillies
• 1 cup – fresh chopped Coriander leaves
• 2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 tsp – all spice powder ( Garam Masala )
• 2 tbsp – Vinegar
• Salt to taste
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Grind the green chillies and fresh coriander leaves to a paste.
- Mix together the salt, green chilly and coriander paste, all spice powder, cumin powder, ginger and garlic paste, vinegar and lemon juice.
- Wash the pork and marinate it with the mixture for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Place the marinated pork in a greased baking tray, baste with a little butter or ghee and grill in an oven on a wire rack for 30-35 minutes till golden brown.
- Squeeze lemon juice on the Tikkas when done.
- Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings
