Ingredients:
• Cauliflower – 1 medium size
• Milk – 1 litre
• Cardamom (elaichi) – 4
• Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
• Sugar
• Bay Leaves – 2 nos.
Method:
- Peel the top portion of the gobi and make sure the flower is separated (Peel out only about 1 cm. from the top). These tiny flowers will be used for the kheer. Heat ghee, add cardamom and bay leaves .
- Fry peeled gobi till light golden brown.
- Boil milk in a separate vessel till it turns thick and add fried gobi flowers along with ghee, cardamom and bay leaves in the milk.
- Boil till kheer is thicker.
- Add desired amount of sugar and boil again.
- Cool and serve.
