Ingredients:

• Liver (goat) – 1/2 kg (cut into medium sizes).
• Onions – 2 medium sized.
• pepper, Cumin – 1:2 (powdered).
• Salt – to taste.
• oil – 2/3 tbsp.

Method:

  1. Take oil in a pan and add sliced onions. Fry until golden brown.
  2. Add the pepper-cumin powder. Stir till the oil separates.
  3. Add the liver pieces, salt and 1/4 cup of water. Stir.
  4. Keep on medium flame until cooked and water evaporates.
