
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Rice
• 3 – big Tomatoes or 4 medium size Tomatoes (cut them into pieces)
• 2 – Cloves of Garlic (cut into long pieces)
• 3 – Green chillies (cut them into long pieces)
• oil
• Mustard Seeds
• salt
• Coriander leaves (optional)
Method:
- Cook the rice and keep it aside.
- Take a pan, prepare the seasoning with oil and mustard seeds.
- When the mustard seeds splutter, put the green chillies and garlic.
- Fry it for some time until the garlic becomes light brown.
- When this is done, put the tomatoes and fry for some time until the tomatoes are mashed.
- Then put the cooked rice into the above and mix well. Put the salt (as per the taste) and mix everything together.
- After putting the tomatoes, the frying should be done in a low flame.
