Ingredients:

• 1 packet – any glucose biscuits
• 2 tsp – coffee powder
• 2 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 300 g – fresh Cream
• 5 tbsp – powdered Sugar
• 1/4 cup – crushed roasted nuts
• 1 – small chocolate
• 1 – cup water
• A few – Cherries

Method:

  1. Beat the cream with 3 tbsp of sugar and cocoa powder till it is light and fluffy. Chill in the fridge.
  2. In a pan on low flame, add water, 2 tbsp sugar and coffee powder.
  3. Increase flame when everything dissolves well..
  4. Remove from flame and cool the mixture
  5. Dip biscuits into the above mixture and place a layer on a greased glass dish.
  6. Pour some of the cream and spread some roasted nuts.
  7. Add another layer of biscuits over it followed by cream and nuts. End with another layer of cream.
  8. Level it with a knife or spatula.
  9. Garnish with generous amount of chocolate flakes and some cherries.
  10. Set it in fridge for 4 to 5 hours.
  11. Serve chilled.
