Ingredients:
• Potato – 2.
• Grated Cheese – 1 tsp.
• pepper Cumin Powder – 1 tsp.
• Corn flour – 1/2 cup.
• Salt – to taste.
• oil – 2 tbsp.
• Few Coriender leaves
Method:
- Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
- Add the grated cheese, pepper-cumin powder, corn flour, coreinder and salt.
- Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce.
