
Ingredients:
• 8 -bread slices
• 1 cup – shredded Carrots
• 1 cup – shredded Lettuce or Cabbage
• 1/2 cup – chopped Spring onions
• 2 – Green chillies finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – Tomato ketchup
• 1cup – shredded white and yellow cheese
• 1/4 cup – Butter
• Green chutney
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
Method:
- Add the garlic paste to the tomato ketchup.
- Arrange the bread slices on a baking dish and apply butter and a layer of green chutney and/or tomato ketchup on them.
- Then sprinkle all shredded veggies onto it.
- Garnish with spring onions, green chillies and shredded cheese.
- Top it with salt and black pepper.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees centigrade for 10 mins.
- Now place the baking tray inside the oven and bake for 20 mins or until the cheese melts evenly.
- At this point, turn on the broil setting on the oven and let the cheese turn golden brown.
- Serve hot.
