Ingredients:
• 500 g – boneless Chicken
• 1/2 cup – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Green chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• freshly grounded pepper (optional)
Method:
- Wash, cut the boneless chicken into pieces and put them in a bowl.
- Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
- Grind a few peppercorns if you like it spicy.
- Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the marinated chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
- Add a cup of water and boil with lid on till the chicken is mostly cooked.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking till the chicken becomes semi-dry.
- Serve with bread.
