Ingredients:
• 1 cup – finely chopped Capsicums
• 1/2 cup – finely chopped Onions
• 2 – Green chillies
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – sombu
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Oil – To fry
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot add fennel.
- Add chopped onions and fry till becomes golden colour.
- Add chopped capsicums and all other ingredients.
- Add little water if required.
- Fry till the capsicum is cooked.
- Mix with cooked rice.
- Garnish with a squeeze of lime and finely cut coriander leaves.
