
Ingredients:
• 4 – burger buns
• 150 g – American Corn
• white sauce, salt and pepper
• grated processed cheese
• salsa sauce
• To Make White Sauce:
• 2.5 tbsp – flour
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2.5 cups – Milk
Method:
- To make white sauce:
- Cook the flour and butter for 1 min on a slow flame and add the milk slowly stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
- Add salt and pepper to the sauce.
- The white sauce is ready.
- Mix the boiled corn in the sauce.
- Take the burger buns and slice them into two pieces.
- Scoop out a little bit of bread from the centre and fill in the corn, cheese and sauce.
