Ingredients:

• 4 – burger buns
• 150 g – American Corn
• white sauce, salt and pepper
• grated processed cheese
• salsa sauce
• To Make White Sauce:
• 2.5 tbsp – flour
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2.5 cups – Milk

Method:

  1. To make white sauce:
  2. Cook the flour and butter for 1 min on a slow flame and add the milk slowly stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  3. Add salt and pepper to the sauce.
  4. The white sauce is ready.
  5. Mix the boiled corn in the sauce.
  6. Take the burger buns and slice them into two pieces.
  7. Scoop out a little bit of bread from the centre and fill in the corn, cheese and sauce.
