Ingredients:

• Heaped 1.25 cups – Almonds
• 1.25 cup – Walnuts
• Handful – Cashew nuts
• 1 tsp – Oil (Sunflower /Olive)

Method:

  1. Toast almonds, walnuts and cashews separately.
  2. Put the almonds first into the mixer-grinder (or food processor) and run it till they are broken down into coarse little bits.
  3. Then add walnuts and pulse a couple of times.
  4. Now add the cashews and run the mixer till it starts turning into a paste.
  5. Add the oil and grind till you get a coarse paste.
  6. Store refrigerated in an airtight container.
