
Ingredients:
• 6 – medium sized potatoes.
• 2 – eggs.
• 1 – medium sized onion.
• 1 – medium sized carrot.
• 1/2 cup – flour.
• oil.
• Salt and pepper to taste.
Method:
- Wash potatoes and pat them dry with a towel.
- Grate potatoes, carrots and onion.
- Add flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients.
- Heat oil in frying pan. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and fry till both sides are done.
- Repeat with rest of the dough.
