Ingredients:

• 2 heaped tbsp – Oats
• 3/4 cup – Milk approx
• 1 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – vanilla essence (optional)
• Chocolate chips for garnish

Method:

  1. Add the oats, cocoa, sugar and vanilla together in a microwave proof bowl.
  2. Add enough milk to cover the oats mix, you may not need the whole 3/4 cup for this.
  3. Mix until there are no dry cocoa lumps and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes or until done, stirring after every one minute.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and serve.
