Ingredients:

• 2 – medium size Carrots
• 4 tsp – fresh Lemon juice
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1 tbsp – mustard
• 1/2 tbsp – Hing
• salt to taste
• chilli powder

Method:

  1. Wash the carrots, peel and grate it. Add salt, chilli powder (as per your choice) and fresh lemon juice. Mix it well by hand for 5 minutes.
  2. Now put some oil in the pan and add mustard seeds and hing.
  3. When the mustard starts spluttering, switch off the stove and pour that in the chutney. Mix well.
