Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – Garlic Ginger paste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tbsp – fresh Cream
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Grate the fresh paneer.
  2. Heat oil in the pan. Add the cut pieces of onions.
  3. When the onions turn red, add the cut pieces of tomato and all the spices.
  4. When the mixture is done, add the grated paneer mix well for 2 min.
  5. Add 1 cup of water and cook for 2 min. Add cream and coriander leaves.
  6. Enjoy with rice or paratha.
