Ingredients:

• 1 bunch – coriander
• 2 tbsp – chutney dal
• 4 – 5 Green chillies
• 1/2 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 1/4 tsp – Cumin seeds
• Salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Mustard Seeds
• Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – urad dhal
• Garlic pods – 7 or 8

Method:

  1. Wash and chop coriander.
  2. Grind chutney dal, coriander seeds and cumin seeds into fine powder. Add the coriander and green chillies.
  3. Grind this mixture for about a minute without water.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and urad dal.
  5. Add garlic and fry until urad dal turns light brown.
  6. Add the mixture of coriander and green chillies to the oil and mix. Add salt
  7. Fry the mixture for about 3 to 4 minutes until dry.
