Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 1/2 cup – coked Corn kernels
• 1/2 cup – onion, chopped
• 1/2 cup – tomato, chopped
• 250 g – flat papdis
• 2 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Mint leaves, chopped
• 1 tsp – green chilies, minced
• 1 tsp – ginger, minced
• 2 tsp – chaat masala (or to taste)
• Salt, Lime juice, Sugar – to taste

Method:

  1. Cut paneer into half-cm cubes.
  2. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  3. Mix paneer with all the other ingredients, except the papdis.
  4. Top papdis with corn and paneer mixture.
  5. Serve immediately.
