Ingredients:

• 2 – eggs
• 1 tbsp – chopped Onions
• 1/2 tbsp – chopped Tomato
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 1 tbsp – chopped Green chillies
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 pinch – salt
• 1 tbsp – fresh Tomato ketchup
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• Paratha for rolls

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, chillies and tomato and fry a bit, till onion becomes golden brown
  2. Beat the egg and pour it in the pan. Add the coriander, turmeric and salt.
  3. Add ketchup and stir fry for 2-3 mins
  4. Place the sabji on paratha and roll
