Ingredients:
• 2 – medium carrots, well chopped
• 1 – Onion chopped
• 10 – Garlic cloves, chopped
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/2 cup – besan
• 1/2 cup Wheat flour
• Salt as per taste
• Some green coriander, well chopped
• 4 tsp – Mustard oil
• 1 cup – water
Method:
- In a bowl, mix besan and wheat flour.
- Add all the remaining ingredients (except oil) and mix it well.
- Heat a non-stick pan, add 2 tsp oil. Place the dough on it and spread it out.
- After 2 mins, apply 2 tsps oil on it and flip it to cook on the other side.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
