Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Curd (yoghurt)
• 2 medium sized Cucumbers
• 1 medium white tender radish
• 1 medium Onion
• 2 green chilies
• Coriander leaves, chopped
• salt and Sugar to taste
• 1/2 tsp- oil
• 1/2 tsp- Cumin seeds
• pinch of asafetida
Method:
- Tie the curd in a nuslin cloth for an hour or so.
- Finally chop the onion, cucumber and radish, peeling only if required
- Mix them, add the thick curd, salt, 2-3 pinches sugar and chopped coriander
- Heat oil in a small vessel, add cumin seeds, asafoetida and slit green chilli
- Mix gently with the curd, garnish with coriander and chill before serving.
