Ingredients:

• 1 Kg – Chicken legs
• 3 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 3 tsp – Green chilli Paste
• 2 – Limes
• 2 tbsp – Soya Sauce
• 2 tbsp – Worcestershire Sauce
• Salt as per taste
• 3 tbsp – Honey
• 2 tbsp – Port Wine
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Butter

Method:

  1. Wash the chicken and make slits on them.
  2. Marinate the chicken in ginger-garlic paste, green chilli paste, lime juice, soya sauce, Worcestershire sauce and salt.
  3. Keep aside for at least 6 to 7 hours.
  4. Then roast or grill the chicken pieces.
  5. For the sauce:
  6. In a pan heat butter. Add honey, port wine and the red chilli powder and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Place the grilled chicken pieces on a plate and pour the sauce over the pieces.
  8. Serve hot.
