
Ingredients:
• Set 1: 1.5 lbs – Chicken (cut into medium-sized pieces)
• 2 tbsp – Maida (all-purpose flour)
• 1 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp – ajinomoto (Chinese salt)
• 1 – Egg (beaten)
• salt to taste
• 1-2 tsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• Set 2: 1 – Onion (finely chopped)
• 5 – Green chillies (finely chopped as long slits)
• oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients of Set 1 in a bowl and marinate for 2-4 hours.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the chicken pieces until golden brown. Dry with a paper towel and set aside.
- Heat around 1 tbsp of oil in another pan and add the ingredients of Set 2. Saute for a while.
- Add a bit of ajinomoto, salt, sugar, soya sauce and pepper powder and then the fried chicken pieces. Stir for a couple of minutes.
