Ingredients:
• 200 g – dark chocolate, chopped
• Dry fruits as required
Method:
- Melt the chopped chocolates in a double boiler.
- Pour a spoonful of the melted chocolate on a parchment paper.
- The chocolate should spread out into circles.
- Carefully place the dry fruits of your choice on the disc.
- Let it cool completely.
- Remove the mendiants carefully from the parchment paper.
- Store in an airtight container between layers of wax paper in a refrigerator.
