Ingredients:

• 200 g – dark chocolate, chopped
• Dry fruits as required

Method:

  1. Melt the chopped chocolates in a double boiler.
  2. Pour a spoonful of the melted chocolate on a parchment paper.
  3. The chocolate should spread out into circles.
  4. Carefully place the dry fruits of your choice on the disc.
  5. Let it cool completely.
  6. Remove the mendiants carefully from the parchment paper.
  7. Store in an airtight container between layers of wax paper in a refrigerator.
