Ingredients:

• 1 cup-Wheat Flour
• 1 & 1/2 cups-Sour Curd
• 1/2 tsp-Mustard
• 1/2 tsp-Channa Dal
• 1/2 tsp-Urad Dal
• 1-Green Chilli
• 2-Curd Chillies/Mor Milagai
• 1/2 tsp-Asafoetida
• 2 tbsp-Sesame Oil
• Salt-to taste
• 1 spring-Curry Leaves

Method:

  1. In a wide bowl add wheat flour, sour curd and salt.Mix well without forming lumps.
  2. In a kadai add sesame oil, mustard ,urad and channa dals.
  3. Once the mustard crackles and dals have turned golden brown add asafoetida, green chilli and curd chilli.
  4. Add curry leaves and the wheat flour batter.
  5. Cook well till it has a glossy finish. Make sure that it doesn’t stick to your fingers.
  6. Once cooked, you can relish as a wholesome dish and it tastes best along with any chutney.
