Ingredients:

• 3/4 cup – Butter
• 1/2 cup – Corn flour
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1.75 tbsp – Cocoa powder
• 3/4 cup – Powdered Sugar

Method:

  1. Beat butter and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Mix maida, corn flour and cocoa together in a separate bowl until all 3 are well combined.
  3. Add the flour mixture a little at a time to the butter mixture and mix until they are combined well.
  4. Make small balls with the dough and press into small round shapes. Arrange them in the oven 2 inches apart. The cookies spread generously while baking hence the spacing.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 20-25 minutes.
  6. Leave them to cool for 10 minutes.
