
Ingredients:
• 6 – big Onions
• 2 cups – vegetable stock
• 4 tsp – Tamarind pulp
• 2 – Red Chillies
• 3 Cloves – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – plain flour (maida)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan and stir fry the onions till golden brown.
- Add the plain flour and stir again.
- Mix the vegetable stock and keep stirring gradually.
- Cool the mixture and blend in a blender with red chillies, garlic, tamarind pulp, salt, onions, vegetable stock and make a paste.
- Boil once and serve hot.
