
Ingredients:
• 1/4 kg – minced Meat with bones
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 4 – half boiled Egg
• 4 tbsp – Maida
• 100 g – bread crumbs
• 1 – Egg
• pepper as per taste
• oil for frying
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil minced meat with tomatoes, pepper and salt. Add one tsp of oil. Cook until the meat is tender and soft.
- Boil until the water has evaporated.
- Add 1/2 cup of water and allow to cool for 5 mins.
- Add flour to the minced meat and cook until it becomes sticky.
- Remove from fire and let it cool.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts.
- Take one part and flatten on your palm.
- Cover the egg with the palms.
- Roll the egg covered with keema in beaten egg.
- Roll it in the bread crumbs.
- Fry in a deep frying pan.
- After it is completely fried, serve hot.
