Ingredients:

• 1/4 kg – minced Meat with bones
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 4 – half boiled Egg
• 4 tbsp – Maida
• 100 g – bread crumbs
• 1 – Egg
• pepper as per taste
• oil for frying
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Boil minced meat with tomatoes, pepper and salt. Add one tsp of oil. Cook until the meat is tender and soft.
  2. Boil until the water has evaporated.
  3. Add 1/2 cup of water and allow to cool for 5 mins.
  4. Add flour to the minced meat and cook until it becomes sticky.
  5. Remove from fire and let it cool.
  6. Divide the mixture into four equal parts.
  7. Take one part and flatten on your palm.
  8. Cover the egg with the palms.
  9. Roll the egg covered with keema in beaten egg.
  10. Roll it in the bread crumbs.
  11. Fry in a deep frying pan.
  12. After it is completely fried, serve hot.
